Cancellation Policy

1. Non-refundable Deposits All deposit payments made for tours with Shyguy Dominica Tours are non-refundable. This ensures that our team can prepare and allocate resources for your experience. 2. Weather-related Cancellations In the event that a tour is canceled due to weather conditions, all monies paid, excluding the deposit, will be refunded to customers within 5 working days. We prioritize your safety and will notify you as soon as possible of any cancellations. 3. Cancellations by Customers • 7+ Days Notice: If you cancel your booking with more than 7 days’ notice, you will not be charged beyond the non-refundable deposit. • Less than 7 Days Notice: Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the deposit amount being retained, with no further charges. 4. No-shows If a customer fails to show up for the scheduled tour without prior notice, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and no refunds will be issued. 5. Tour Adjustments Shyguy Dominica Tours reserves the right to modify or adjust the tour itinerary for reasons beyond our control, such as safety concerns, weather conditions, or availability of attractions. If the tour is significantly altered and you are unable to participate, a full refund will be issued. 6. Minimum Capacity for Tours There must be a minimum of 6 people for tours to take place. In the event of less than 6, the customer/s will be notified at least 2 days in advance and a full refund will be issued within 48 hours.
